The most luxurious yacht in the world
The most expensive yacht in the world, named Dubai, cost the Ruler of Dubai (Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum) £200 million.
The yacht is a staggering 158 metres long and because it cost so much to build construction was halted for 3 years starting in 1998 due to insufficient funds. The yacht has had no less than three different names and is filled with exactly what you’d expect:
- Submarine
- Heli-pad
- Hanger for a small aircraft
- Squash court
- It’s own swimming pool (if the sea isn’t the right temperature for you)
- Well equipped gym
If the above isn’t enough for you, this yacht accommodates up to 24 people through a variety of different suites, including an owners suite, five luxurious VIP suites and six other guest rooms, which I am sure are amazing compared to even some of the best hotels and if that isn’t enough, each sweat has a balcony for you to relax and sunbath on.
